## Role overview Title: Sales Operations Coordinator Team: Sales & Partnerships Location: Paris (hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days remote) Reports to: Head of Sales Operations Start date: June 16, 2026 Contract: CDI DRIVECO is expanding rapidly across France and into Belgium, Germany and Spain. The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the Sales team in managing Salesforce CRM, partner pipeline, commercial reporting and internal sales processes. ## Responsibilities - Maintain and update Salesforce CRM (accounts, opportunities, contacts, activities) - Produce weekly and monthly pipeline reports for Sales leadership - Coordinate partner onboarding documentation (from signed contract to first installation) - Manage the partner communication calendar in coordination with Marketing - Support Sales Managers in preparing partner meetings (brief preparation, deck updates, follow-up tracking) - Maintain the commercial SharePoint library (templates, pitch decks, case studies) - Track KPIs: pipeline velocity, conversion rates, partner onboarding lead time ## Requirements - 1-3 years of experience in sales support, operations or administration - Strong Salesforce CRM skills (required) - Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting - Excellent written communication in French and English - Organized, rigorous, able to manage multiple priorities ## Tools used in this role - Salesforce (CRM - daily use) - SharePoint (document management) - Outlook and Teams (communication) - Excel (reporting) - Notion (team playbook and process documentation) - Slack (internal communication) ## Key success metrics (first 90 days) - Salesforce CRM data quality score: >90% - Weekly pipeline report delivered on time each Monday - At least 3 partner onboarding files processed end-to-end - Positive feedback from Sales Managers on brief preparation quality

## Team overview The DRIVECO Sales & Partnerships team manages all B2B relationships: retail partners, property owners, fleet operators, local authorities and franchise partners. Team size: 12 people across France (Paris HQ + Lyon + Bordeaux) European expansion: Belgium and Germany teams being built in 2026 ## How the team works - Weekly Sales meeting: Monday 9:00 AM - pipeline review, blockers, priorities. Mandatory for all. - Monthly partner review: First Thursday of the month - top 20 accounts, escalations, strategic decisions. - Salesforce discipline: All partner interactions must be logged same day. No exceptions. - Brief preparation standard: All partner meetings require a written brief prepared at least 24h in advance. Template in SharePoint. - Slack channels: #sales-team (daily), #partner-wins (celebrate), #ops-questions (ask Sales Ops) ## New joiner priorities (first 30 days) 1. ## Before Day 1 (manager responsibilities) - Send welcome email 1 week before start date (template in SharePoint/HR) - IT access request submitted at least 5 business days before start (Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack) - Notion workspace invite sent 2 days before start - Desk, badge and laptop prepared by Office Manager - 1:1 onboarding meeting scheduled for Day 1 afternoon (30 min) - Buddy assigned (a team member from the same or adjacent team) ## Day 1 - Welcome by Office Manager: badge, desk, IT equipment handover - HR welcome meeting (1h): contract, benefits, tools overview, confidentiality agreement signature - IT onboarding: Microsoft 365 setup, Salesforce access request, VPN - Team lunch organized by manager ## First week - Complete mandatory online training: GDPR basics (1h), IT security (1h), DRIVECO product intro (2h) - Meet key stakeholders: list provided by manager in the onboarding document - Read the employee handbook (SharePoint/HR/Policies) ## Leave and remote work policy - 25 days annual leave + RTT (number depends on contract type, confirmed in contract) - Remote work: up to 2 days/week after 3-month trial period; 3 days minimum in office - Remote work agreement signed at end of 3-month period if confirmed - Exceptional remote work (travel, family emergency) approved by direct manager ## Probation period - 3 months for non-cadre roles, 6 months for cadre roles (extendable once) - Mid-probation check-in at 6 weeks (with manager and HR) - End-of-probation meeting: formal evaluation, confirmation or extension ## Confidentiality - All employees sign a confidentiality agreement on Day 1 - Partner names, contract terms, financial data and product roadmap are confidential - Social media posts about DRIVECO products or partnerships require Marketing approval ## Tools and access policy - No installation of non-approved software on company devices - Salesforce data must not be exported without manager approval - Sharing internal documents externally requires manager sign-off
