Steps Mock data GPT Instructions
ℹī¸ Use the three fictitious files from the "Mock data" page as test attachments. Do not add them to GPT Builder Knowledge: this Custom GPT must stay reusable and file-agnostic.

    Open GPT Builder

    ChatGPT -> click your first name/avatar -> My GPTs -> Create a GPT

    Fill in the "Configure" tab

    Name : DRIVECO Sales Copilot - Instructions: paste from the "GPT Instructions" page.

    Keep the GPT file-agnostic

    Do not upload demo-specific files in Configure -> Knowledge. The GPT should expect the user to attach files in each conversation.

    Test in the Preview tab

    Attach the three files from the "Mock data" page, then send: Prepare a meeting brief for Metro Properties France using the uploaded files.

    Save

    Save -> access "Only me". The GPT is now available in your ChatGPT. It can be shared with the team through ChatGPT Business.
