## Team overview

The DRIVECO Sales & Partnerships team manages all B2B relationships: retail partners, property owners, fleet operators, local authorities and franchise partners.

**Team size:** 12 people across France (Paris HQ + Lyon + Bordeaux)
**European expansion:** Belgium and Germany teams being built in 2026

## How the team works

- **Weekly Sales meeting:** Monday 9:00 AM — pipeline review, blockers, priorities. Mandatory for all.
- **Monthly partner review:** First Thursday of the month — top 20 accounts, escalations, strategic decisions.
- **Salesforce discipline:** All partner interactions must be logged same day. No exceptions.
- **Brief preparation standard:** All partner meetings require a written brief prepared at least 24h in advance. Template in SharePoint.
- **Slack channels:** #sales-team (daily), #partner-wins (celebrate), #ops-questions (ask Sales Ops)

## New joiner priorities (first 30 days)

1. Complete Salesforce onboarding training (4h module, link shared by HR)
2. Read the 3 most recent monthly partner reviews (in SharePoint)
3. Shadow at least 3 partner calls with a Senior Sales Manager
4. Complete 1:1s with each team member in Paris
5. Understand the 4 partner types: retail, property, fleet, public authority

## Key internal contacts for Sales Ops

- **Marketing (Clara M.):** partner content, pitch decks, campaign coordination
- **Deployment (Thomas R.):** site status, installation timelines, Site Tracker
- **Finance (Aurélie D.):** contract validation, revenue recognition, invoice status
- **Legal (external counsel):** contract review (>3 weeks lead time — plan ahead)

## Tools and access

- Salesforce: request access from IT on Day 1 (2-3 day setup)
- SharePoint: automatically provisioned on Day 1 with Microsoft 365 account
- Site Tracker: access requested via deployment team (contact Thomas R.)
- Notion: invite sent by team lead before Day 1

## DRIVECO culture notes

- We move fast but we document. If it's not in Notion or SharePoint, it doesn't exist.
- We speak French internally and English with European partners and in all external documents.
- We celebrate partner wins publicly (#partner-wins on Slack). Commercial wins are a team effort.
- EV industry context matters: read the DRIVECO monthly newsletter and follow AVERE France.
