**Title:** Sales Operations Coordinator
**Team:** Sales & Partnerships
**Location:** Paris (hybrid — 3 days office, 2 days remote)
**Reports to:** Head of Sales Operations
**Start date:** June 16, 2026
**Contract:** CDI

DRIVECO is expanding rapidly across France and into Belgium, Germany and Spain. The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the Sales team in managing Salesforce CRM, partner pipeline, commercial reporting and internal sales processes.

## Responsibilities

- Maintain and update Salesforce CRM (accounts, opportunities, contacts, activities)
- Produce weekly and monthly pipeline reports for Sales leadership
- Coordinate partner onboarding documentation (from signed contract to first installation)
- Manage the partner communication calendar in coordination with Marketing
- Support Sales Managers in preparing partner meetings (brief preparation, deck updates, follow-up tracking)
- Maintain the commercial SharePoint library (templates, pitch decks, case studies)
- Track KPIs: pipeline velocity, conversion rates, partner onboarding lead time

## Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, operations or administration
- Strong Salesforce CRM skills (required)
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting
- Excellent written communication in French and English
- Organized, rigorous, able to manage multiple priorities

## Key success metrics (first 90 days)

- Salesforce CRM data quality score: >90% (measured by Head of Sales Ops)
- Weekly pipeline report delivered on time each Monday
- At least 3 partner onboarding files processed end-to-end
- Positive feedback from Sales Managers on brief preparation quality
