Visited the Metz site this morning. Civil works still have not started. Nord-Est Travaux says they are waiting for a cable delivery. I asked for a firm date — they cannot commit. We have a real problem here.

**[Sarah M. — May 19, 10:02]**
Clermont-Ferrand: I had Enedis on the phone. They confirmed that reinforcement of the main low-voltage switchboard will cost between EUR 20,000 and EUR 25,000 depending on the final quote, with a minimum lead time of 12 weeks. We need to decide quickly whether we move forward with the downgraded version (2 x 11kW) or wait. I recommend escalating to leadership this week.

**[Thomas R. — May 19, 14:30]**
Nantes Atlantis: everything is ok. The Schneider chargers arrive on May 30. Loire Infra civil works has been briefed. We are good for June 2. Only point: confirm parking access with the shopping center (Julie B.) — can someone handle it?

**[Sophie L. — May 20, 08:45]**
Strasbourg Rivétoile: the landlord is blocking on the lease termination clause. Their lawyer wants termination to be possible from year 5 instead of year 7. We cannot accept this without approval from our legal leadership. Internal meeting to organize before June 1.

**[Sarah M. — May 20, 11:20]**
Bordeaux Lac: I did the technical visit yesterday. The clear ceiling height in zone P2 is 2.08m — our 50kW DC chargers are 2.05m max, so that works. But zone P3 is at 1.95m, incompatible. We can only install in P2. This reduces the scope to 2 chargers max instead of 3. To validate with partner Groupe Centrale.

**[Thomas R. — May 20, 15:45]**
Metz update: I sent a formal notice email to Nord-Est Travaux. If they do not start before May 26, we need to consider changing providers. The EUR 18,400 invoice is on hold — Finance refuses to pay without the work starting, which is normal. But if we change providers, we lose another 3 weeks.

**[Sophie L. — May 21, 09:00]**
Lyon Confluence: city hall is still silent on the permit. Submitted on March 12, legal deadline = 2 months, so we are entitled to follow up. I sent a registered letter yesterday. If there is no response before May 28, we need to speak with a lawyer to know whether tacit approval applies here.

---

**[Thomas R. — May 21, 10:30]**
Paris Rosny: technical meeting on May 28 confirmed with Unibail. They want to understand the construction impact on customer flow. I am preparing a presentation. Can someone give me daily throughput data for a site of this size? I am searching in Site Tracker but cannot find a reference.

**[Sarah M. — May 21, 14:15]**
Attention Bordeaux Lac: Groupe Centrale just told me they also received an offer from Electra for the same locations. They are waiting for our confirmation on scope (2 chargers vs 3) before signing. Deadline they gave us: May 26. High priority.
