Hello,

Thank you for the presentation last week. We discussed internally and have a few points to clarify before moving to the next stage.

First, on the financial model: we understood there is no capex on our side, but we need written confirmation of the revenue sharing mechanism and the minimum guaranteed rent per station. Our finance team flagged this as a blocker for the investment committee meeting on June 12th.

Second, on the technical side: three of our eight locations have underground parking with height restrictions (2.1m). Can DRIVECO confirm which charging station models are compatible? We also need to know the lead time from site validation to first charge.

Third, we have an ongoing lease review for two of the locations (Metz and Lyon Part-Dieu). These sites are in scope but we cannot sign any infrastructure agreement before the lease is renewed, which should happen by end of June at the earliest.

Finally, a quick question on the Carrefour partnership you mentioned: can you share any public case study or data on traffic impact and revenue uplift? Our board is particularly sensitive to proven retail impact.

We are still very interested and would like to schedule a follow-up call with your technical and commercial teams before May 30th.
